Obituary of John Walter Logue

The death of John Walter Logue of Minto, NB occurred August 1, 2022 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital with his family by his side.

Born in Minto, NB he was the son of the late James and Nellie (Kincade) Logue.

John loved his family. He was a member of TOPS 4146 group. He enjoyed auctions. He was a member of the Minto Seniors Citizens Club. He was a member with the Minto Volunteer Fire Department for 64 years.  He was a board member of the Community Resource Center for many years. He was the best Santa helper ever. He loved to travel. His one thing he could never do without, was a telephone. He loved to talk. He made sure that everyone had lots to eat.

Survived by daughters, Debbie Wood (Billy), Vicky Fasquel (Glen) and Stacey Doucette (Michael); chosen daughters, Wendy Crosman and Jennifer Hartson; grandchildren, Jeremy Fasquel, Melanie Fasquel, Amy Thompson (Tony), Michael Ryan Moore;  great grandchildren, Jerisa, Jett and Jaxx; their mother, Lisa; brother, Harry Logue (Carrie); aunt, Vi King; great aunt, Erma Rosborough; nephew, Walter Logue (Melissa); great niece, Elise Logue; Fire Dept Family; special friends, Carol Bonnell, Yvonne Kennedy and Bobby Richard; Foxy Friend, Freda; sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, several cousins.

In addition to his parents, Johnnie was predeceased by his wife, Doreen (Dobson) Logue.

Resting at the United Baptist Church of Minto on Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Funeral Service will take place 3:00PM Sunday, August 7. 2022. Internment will take place in the United Baptist Cemetery.
