I had the pleasure to meet Jocelyn thru Jack Mills. Although, I did not see him often, whenever we would meet, he would always remember me, and take the time to have a conversation. He was such a nice and soft spoken man. He certainly was a hard worker and enjoyed his New Brunswick "second family" of Jack and his working colleagues. My condolences to his Quebec family. Rest easy, Jocelyn.
