Obituary of Gary Edward Barton

The death of Gary Edward Barton of Minto, NB occurred Sunday, March 7, 2015 at the Chalmer’s Regional Hospital. Born in Minto, NB on January 1, 1951 he was the son of the late Roy and Dorothy (Dumont) Barton. Survived by his loving wife Jenny (LeBlanc) Barton; sons, Roy of Minto, Cody (Erin) of Alberta and Troy (Shelley) of Minto; daughter, Tanya of Minto, NB; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Keith and Royden (Gena); sisters, Sharon Richard (Ray), Nancy Branscombe, Kathy Gallant (Steve), Karen Verkade and Evelyn Smith (Jerry); several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Gary was predeceased by sons, Raymond in 2001 and Dustin in 2012; brothers, Eldon and Patrick. In keeping with Gary’s wishes,there will be no visitation however a time of memories and story telling at the Minto Senior Hall 3:00PM on Friday, March 13, 2015. For those who wish, donations made to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
