Obituary of John Gilbert Belleville

The death of John Gilbert Belleville also know as Jackpot John or B8 of Minto, NB occurred Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at the Chalmer’s Regional Hospital. Born in Minto, NB he was the son of the late Gilbert and Mary (Dumont) Belleville. Survived by his loving wife Doreen ( Gautreau ) Belleville; a son, Victor (Jean) of Lincoln, NB ; a daughter, Debbie Coughlin ( Oscar ) of Antigonish, NS; grandchildren, Katie and Samantha Belleville, Dylan, Colton and Kyle Coughlin; great granddaughter, Paige Belleville; sisters, Ashel and Gilberte Egers both of Minto, Hilda Burns (Edward) of Miramichi and Florence Chase of Fredericton; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, John was predeceased by a brother Theodore Belleville; sisters, Mary Egers and Helen Crawford. Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto) with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Saturday, February 14, 2015 from Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will take place in Saint Bridget’s Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, donations made to the NB Lung association or IWK would be appreciated by the family. No flowers due to allergies!
