Obituary of Eleanor Viola Gallagher

The death of Eleanor Viola Gallagher, 87, of Maquapit Lake, occurred Tuesday, March 11th, 2014 at the W. G. Bishop Nursing Home, Minto. Born at Maquapit Lake, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Dunahee) Murray. Eleanor is survived by her two daughters-in-law, Viola Gallagher and Linda Gallagher both of Maquapit Lake; 4 grandchildren, Francis Madore, William Gallagher (Charlene Robinson), Robert Gallagher and Tabatha Randall (Jason); a brother, Lloyd Murray (Faye) and an sister, Ruth Carter (Aubrey); as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Percy Gallagher; 2 sons, James Edward Gallagher and Robert Earl Gallagher; a sister, Alice Caissie and 3 brothers, Earl, Ronald and Carl Murray. There will be no visitation or funeral service at this time. Eleanor will be laid to rest with her 2 sons in the Byno Cemetery later in the spring.
