Obituary of Guy Leo Frederick Mountain

The death of Guy Leo Frederick Mountan of Bridge Street, Chipman, NB occurred Sunday, February 16th, 2014 at his home. Born in NS, he was the son of the late Terrance and Stella (Williams) Mountan. Survived by sons, William(Susan)of Thunder Bay and Geoff of Minto; daughters, Heather Richard(Michael) of Briggs Corner, Shirley and Wilena Dykstra(Jan), of Pictou, NS, brothers, George, Louis, Terry (Joan) all of Vancouver, BC, Stephen (Leota) of Minto, NB; sisters, Lena Barton of Minto and Joyce Dykeman of Vancouver; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Guy was predeceased by sisters, Anna, Olga and Kathleen. In keeping with Guy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, February 21th, 2014 in the Minto Community Chapel of Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto, NB). The family will receive friends and relatives at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 12 noon until service time. For those who wish, donations made to a living memorial in Guy’s memory would be appreciated by the family.
