I remember Father Swift at our Lady of Fatima he was my first priest he baptized me into the church in 2005 what a wonderful man of God he took the time to explain all the things to do at the mass it was great to be a part of that Church he was a man of faith and wisdom he was late for one of my lessons I learned a lot from him I'll never forget

Veronica and Family members. I have known Maurice and worked with him at different times when I worked for the Diocese. He was so soft spoken and was easy with everyone around him.. I was there for his ordination and had hoped to see you then. It was a long time since you and I were in the same bunkhouse, in Chaple Grove, as I was a junior counsellor then. Such a devout and pious man. As an uncle he would travel endless miles to gather with family. He was a gentle soul who loved a good round of cards. I recall as children he was the best sport to play in the waves or fly kites on the beach with us. His giggle will echo forever. Rest in peace.
