Obituary of Nancy Irene Wood
The death of Nancy Irene Wood of Minto, NB occurred Monday, September 25th, 2023 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital.
Born in Minto, NB she was the daughter of the late William and Pansy (Austin) Burbery.
Survived by her loving husband, Wayne Wood; daughters, Valerie Storey (Cedric Jr.) and Viola Spencer (Kevin); grandchildren, Nicole, Vivienne, Chelsey and Mitchell; 4 great grandchildren, Jayden, Jaxon, Sophie and Adlyne; a brother, Allan Burbery; a sister, Judy Farrell (John); several niece, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased by a brother, Richard Burbery.
Resting at Hogg Funeral & Cremation Services with visiting on Friday, September 29th, 2023 from 12 noon – 2PM. A graveside service will take place 2:00PM from Wallbridge Cemetery, Bridge Street, Minto, NB. For those who wish, donations made to the IWK would be greatly appreciated by the family.
