Obituary of Margaret B. DiCarlo

The death of Margaret “Peggy” DiCarlo of Minto, NB occurred Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital. Peggy was a retired teacher, proud member of the CWL, a skilled bridge player and a faithful member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Born in Chipman, NB she was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Dalton) Lucas. Survived by sons, Eric (Anne) of Fredericton, Peter (Shelley) of Moncton and Terrence (Sharon) of California; daughter, Rosalyn Gray (Rick) of Minto; 8 grandchildren, Zachary, Vanessa, Paul, Elizabeth, Jared, Erin, Colin and Alexandra; great grandson, Dominic, great granddaughter, Peyton; sisters in law, Laura Savoie and Irene DiCarlo, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Peggy and her family also wanted to thank her wonderful caregivers … Judy Fasquel, Monica Gibson, the late Marlene Sullivan, Tara Mills, Diane Tower, Carolyn Mazerolle, Judy Chase, Linda Rowe, Mary Ann Bird, Kristen Storey, Sherry Cormier, Andrea Doucette and Linda Ryan. In addition to her parents, Peggy was predeceased by her husband Angelo DiCarlo in 2013 and her sisters, Sarah McQuade and Geraldine Kelly, brother, James Lucas. Resting at Hogg Funeral Service (10 King Street, Minto) with visitation on Monday November 25 from 4-7 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00AM Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will take place in Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery. Minto, NB.
