Obituary of Robert J. McAllister

The death of Robert J. McAllister of Chipman, NB occurred Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at his home. Born in Coal Creek, NB he was the son of the late Blair and Sarah (Bishop) McAllister. Survived by sons, Gary (Carol) and Steven McAllister; chosen daughter, Bonnie Hawkes; proud, Poppy to Ryan (Lorena), Brandon and Zoe; great grandson, Clark; sister, Shirley Doherty (Cary); brothers, Russell and John (Madeline); many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Robert was predeceased by his wife, Sharon (Dow) McAllister; son, Mark McAllister; sisters, Leona, Frances, Marie, Muriel and Betty; brothers, Ken, Don and Reg. In keeping with Robert’s wishes, a private graveside service will take place at a later date. For those who wish, donations made to the Chipman Elementary Breakfast Program would be appreciated by the family.
