Obituary of Lena Marie Caissie

The death of Lena Marie Caissie of Minto, NB Sunday, August 19, 2018 at her home. Born in Rogersville, NB she was the daughter of the late Pierrie and Nazarine (Bourque) LeBlanc. Survived by a son, David Caissie (Bianca) of Fredericton; a daughter, Doris Chase (Ron) of Minto; 3 granddaughters, Brenda, Tammy and Danielle; 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Father Joe LeBlanc, Leo LeBlanc (Loretta) and Edward LeBlanc; sisters, Julie Toner (Wilfred), Irene Roy, Anita White (Gerry), Dorine Coulton (Brendan), Bertha O’Leary (Larry); several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, Lena was predeceased by her husband, Eddie Caissie; a son, Ernest Caissie; grandson Ricky Chase; infant brother, Emile; 2 infant sisters, Maria and Marianne; twin sister, Emma; sisters, Yvonne Langin, Florence Spears and Soeur Doris LeBlanc. Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto) with visiting on Thursday evening from 6-8pm. Funeral Service will be celebrated 11:00AM Friday, August 24, 2018 from Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will take place in Saint Bridget’s Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge, NB. For those who wish, donations made to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
