Obituary of Doris Irene Gunter

With great sadness the family of Doris Gunter announce her passing at the Oromocto Hospital on June 25th, 2018. Born in Minto, NB she was the daughter of the late John F. MacDonald and Lois Rebecca Thurrott. Survived by sons, Daryl (Jackie), David (Terri), Richard and Bruce (Staicy); grandchildren, Morgan, Ashley, Michael and Jordan as well as several great grandchildren. Predeceased by husband, Harold and siblings, Murray, Cameron, Earl and Ellen. Doris worked for many years as a nurse at the Minto Hospital. She was much loved and will be greatly missed. As per her wishes, no visitation, and a graveside service for family and friends will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 26th, 2018 at St. Michael and All Angels Cemetery, Newcastle Bridge.
