Obituary of Kenneth Wayne Shirley

The family of Kenneth Wayne Shirley are saddened to announce his passing on Friday, November 13th at his home in Minto. Born in Minto, he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary (Agnew) Shirley. Kenny is survived by his loving wife, Anne (McIsaac) Shirley; his daughter, Kimberley Vautour (Ronald) of Minto; his 3 sons, Robert Shirley (Linda) of Mount Bridges, ON, Darryl Shirley (Angele) of Fredericton and Kenneth Shirley Jr. of Red Deer, AB; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; his 4 sisters, Eliza Aitken (Ron) of Fredericton, Isabel Barratt, Jessie Vienneau and Betty Piper (Allan) all of Minto and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by brothers, Mansfield Shirley, Robert Shirley and 2 infant brothers, Allan and Thomas; sisters, Elva Verney, Rita Agnew, Margaret (Peggy) Hunziker, Dorothy England, Kay Lunney-Thurrott and Grace Delorey. Resting at Hogg Funeral Service (10 King Street, Minto) with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8. Funeral Service will take place 11:00AM Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from Christian Community Church. Interment will take place in Saint Bridget’s Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge. For those who wish, donations made to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
