Obituary of William Douglas Austin

The sudden death of William Douglas Austin of Chipman, NB occurred Monday, September 18th, 2017 at his home. Born in Minto, NB on December 25, 1943 he was the son of the late Calvin and Violet (Wry) Austin. Survived by his loving wife Yvonne (Hawker) Austin; daughter, Stephanie Austin (Joel); 2 grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Kurtis; brother, Rodney Austin (Sandra); several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Bill was predeceased by his first wife, Marilyn Austin; a sister, Margaret Young. Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (43 Main Street, Chipman) with visitation on Friday 2-4 and 6-8pm. Funeral Service will take place 2:00PM Saturday, September 23rd 2017 from Chipman United Church. Interment will take place in the Redbank United Church Cemetery. For those who wish, donations made to the Chipman United Church or the Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated by the family.
